How to use the worksheet
The roman numerals along the top are for different movements. Miss DeLay would mark a cross in pencil in a box that required your attention, and give you the worksheet to take away with you.
At your next lesson you would hand the worksheet back to you, and if you had now sufficiently improved the area she had marked, she would erase the cross and replace it with the date (e.g. 10/07, 09/11 etc.).
